Asteris Cart — HPOS and compatibility

Asteris Cart is HPOS code-verified — a continuous-integration rule fails the build on legacy order-meta calls, so High-Performance Order Storage compatibility is enforced, not just declared. It is Block Cart compatible and classic-hooks-first, meaning it works with the classic WooCommerce checkout out of the box. Full Block Checkout UX is a later roadmap item.
