Refund Policy

Asteris Cart is operated by My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd (ABN 30 652 358 159), trading as WOW Enterprise Company, under its Asteris Commerce brand (“we”, “us”, “our”). We want you to be confident buying Asteris Cart, so we offer a straightforward refund window.
1. The 14-day refund
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of a new subscription, including a founder licence.
2. What is eligible
The 14-day refund applies to a first-time purchase of a subscription. Renewals are not covered by the 14-day window, because you have already used the service for a full term; you can cancel a subscription before it renews to avoid the next charge.
3. Founder licences
A founder licence is refundable on the same 14-day terms. If you take a refund on a founder licence, you release the founder place back to the pool and lose the locked founder rate; re-purchasing later is at the rate available then.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account within the 14 days, telling us your order details. We process approved refunds to your original payment method.
5. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where such guarantees apply, they operate in addition to this policy.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a problem, contact us first — we would rather fix it or refund you than have you raise a chargeback, which can delay resolution.
