Asteris Cart Competition Terms

The promoter is My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd (ABN 30 652 358 159), trading as WOW Enterprise Company, under its Asteris Commerce brand (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern the Asteris Cart founder-licence competition. By entering, you accept them.
1. The prize
There are 20 prizes. Each winner receives an Asteris Cart founder licence: the Starter plan free for three years from activation, after which the subscription continues at the locked founder rate of $99 per year for as long as it stays active. These 20 founder licences form part of the 120 founder licences; the remaining founder licences are bought directly. Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to people aged 18 or over. Our team, contractors and their immediate families may not enter. One entry per person. We may verify identity and disqualify entries that breach these terms.
3. Entry period
The competition opens and closes on the dates published on the entry page. [CC: set open/close dates and time zone before launch; then add Event schema + dates on /competition.] Entries received outside that period, or that are incomplete, are not eligible.
4. How to enter — a game of skill
To enter, complete the entry form and answer the following skill-based question in 50 words or fewer:
Why do you want Asteris Founder?
Genuine, specific entries that reference your own site and the pain points Asteris Cart solves win. Vague, generic or AI-generated entries are not eligible. Entry is free; no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. How winners are chosen
This is a game of skill, not a game of chance. The 20 winners are the entrants whose answers our judges assess to be the best against the stated criteria. Judging is at our reasonable discretion; chance plays no part in determining winners. In the event of a tie, the tied entrants will be asked a further skill-based question to separate them.
6. Notification
Winners are contacted using the details they entered with, within a reasonable time after judging. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim within [CC: claim period], we may select the next-best eligible entry.
7. Conditions on the prize
A won founder licence is subject to the standard Terms of Service and EULA. The founder rate continues only while the subscription remains continuously active; if it lapses or is cancelled, the founder rate is lost.
8. Entrant data and privacy
We handle entrant data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to us contacting you about the competition.
9. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the competition, and nothing here excludes non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. We may amend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
